The {In the Audience Interaction} class made me feel so prepared for my first bar performances. Before this class, I was so used to performing on a stage and was terrified by the idea of audience interaction. Kate made audience interaction approachable. I learned how to find the best areas in a crowd for performing, unique entrances, who to approach, how to invite friendly touch with audience members, and have them in the palm of your hand. Kate teaches you so many playful, easy ideas for audience interaction.  I used a few of the tips at my most recent performance and the audience loved me! The tips on “casing the venue” worked really well for me, and I found objects to stand on that impressed the audience and made me memorable. Kate answered all my questions, and we got to discuss interactions I’ve seen other performers have, and how to emulate them. This class is perfect for any newer or seasoned performers who want to learn how to take their acts to the next level and leave audiences even more hot and bothered. I highly recommend everyone take Kate’s class, it really helped me build my confidence.
